Morning: check and plan
Start the day by reviewing comments and DMs, then write a one-line plan for the day’s story, reel, or post flow. Even a small written plan is better than drifting into random posting.
Midday: light but intentional publishing
Stories or reels often fit naturally into the middle of the day. But the goal should not be visibility alone. Each piece should lead toward the next action.
Evening: comment and response time
Instead of replying to comments too late or only casually, reserve a focused block of time to respond while the post is still active. That usually creates stronger momentum.
Forget giant schedules, build daily mini systems
Large weekly plans often collapse under their own weight. Short routines that repeat every day are easier to sustain. The best system is the one you can actually keep using.
